Whole Wheat Biscuits

Have a look at my “Whole Wheat Biscuits” recipe. Whole wheat biscuits are the most common, healthy, and easy to make. People of every age like to have them, even kids like to have them all day finger food. They are crunchy and yummy in taste and a healthy choice for tea-time snacks. These take only 20-25 minutes to make. You can make it in a large amount and store it in an airtight container for about a month.

We as tea lovers, enjoy our evenings by having a cup of tea. We just can’t miss our tea, the same is the case in my home. I usually buy some tea biscuits from markets and eat them with tea. Then, one day my friend suggested me this recipe. One week later, I baked these super easy “Whole Wheat Biscuits” for the family’s evening time. When they took the first bite, they were so amazed and appreciate the tasty homemade biscuits brings!

These biscuits are high in fiber that may keep you fuller for longer than a cookie made with refined sugar and processed white flour. Fiber is also required for proper elimination, so eating a high-fiber diet is beneficial to our health. This recipe has never failed me, and it is now my go-to biscuit recipe. The biscuits rise to a wonderful, fluffy texture, and the generous amounts of butter provide a tender, delicious biscuit every time. Let’s have a look at the recipe!

Notes

Here are some keep in mind points to help you out in the recipe.
  • For preparing the mixture steps, while adding milk, add the half amount (approx 1.5 tablespoons) of it, so that the mixture will become a little thick and together.
  • For the step of flouring the surface, just sprinkle a little amount of flour on the surface with your hands.
  • For biscuit shapes, you can use any steel-made or plastic-made shaper according to your choice.
  • For the baking step, you can use butter paper or any baking sheet you have. Keep viewing the oven after 10 minutes of baking, so that you will take them out when corners start to turn golden so that they do not get burned.
