Whole Meal Bread

Wholemeal bread is a type of bread made using flour that is partly or entirely milled. It is one kind of brown bread. It is very beneficial nutritionally as well as it has lots of vitamins and minerals in it. Moreover, it is highly fibrous. With the increase in the emergence of chronic diseases at this time, wholemeal bread is a great option for people to prevent these diseases. Furthermore, this bread is incredibly soft, smooth, moist, and excellent in taste.

It’s one of my favorites since it’s soft, pillowy, and moist, with a hint of nuttiness from the whole grains. It’s a fantastic everyday loaf! This soft whole wheat bread has to be the most adaptable, daily recipe of all. It’s our go-to in my family!

I practiced a lot to be perfect in bread baking. My passion for baking and cooking kept on growing every time I tried these. I made fresh wholemeal bread for everyone in my home. This bread can be used to make mouthwatering sandwiches, breakfast, toast, French toast, and many more things. The taste of all these things increases to two folds by making them with these wholemeal loaves of bread. Making bread is not difficult at all. Whole Meal Bread

Whole meal bread is a type of bread made using flour that is partly or entirely milled. It is one kind of brown bread. I

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Teaspoons bicarbonate soda (meetha soda)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Oil to grease
  • Seeds to sprinkle on top (optional)
  • 1 cup Whole meal flour

Instructions

  • Add all the dry ingredients and mix well (flour, salt, meetha soda ).
  • Add milk and honey to it.
  • Mix until everything is combined.
  • Sprinkle some flour on your counter.
  • Fold the dough from edges to center.
  • Don’t knead the dough. Just mix it to make it a soft dough.
  • Add more flour if it is too sticky.
  • Shape the dough in whatever shape you want to bake.
  • Grease the baking pan with oil and put the soft dough in it.
  • Apply oil on the top of it.
  • Sprinkle seeds if you choose.
  • Now, bake it at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • After taking it out from the oven apply butter immediately.
  • Remove it from the pan after 3 minutes and cool it on a cooling rack.
  • If you like the crust soft and tender, cover the bread with a clean cloth for at least 1 hour before you cut the slices.
  • When completely cool down start cutting the slices.

Notes

  • The other shape could be small dinner rolls.
  • Apply oil on top.
  • Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
  • Bake it at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • For bread, the oven must be at the proper temperature so that the yeast can cause the loaf to rise sufficiently before the flour sets. Placing the dough in a cold oven will prevent it from rising.
