As mid-summer season has started, so the children’s wish for ice creams has started though. We can’t let our children harm by the market’s ice creams every day. So luckily, a few days ago I got this recipe to make this summer treat at home. I made this for my children’s evening time. They were so happy to see their favorite Vanilla ice cream and ate with joy and wish to make it every week. So it was a great experience as it was easy to make, reasonable in price, and healthy to eat.

As, Ice cream contains milk and milk solids, which means that every time we eat it, our body receives the benefits of vitamin D, A, and calcium. Aside from that, the various flavors add an extra nutrition proportion. For example, dark chocolate ice cream is high in antioxidants, which help lower bad cholesterol and improve heart health.
