As, brain meat is high in nutrients and omega 3 fatty acids, which are beneficial to the brain system. The antioxidants included in brain meat can help protect the brain and spinal cord from harm.

These types of the recipe are well needed to make on Eid-ul-Azha. When I watched this recipe, I eagerly waited for this Eid to make this delicious and healthy dish. So, on the 2nd day, I cooked “Tawa Fried Maghaz” for the breakfast for the family. Although, children do not like to eat these kinds of dishes but they liked its appearance and wanted to eat. After that, they ended up eating full in a happy mood. They love it and wish to eat it again. It has a smooth, creamy texture that melts in your mouth like butter. So, if you are facing the same situation with your kids or any other family member.
