Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

I first made mozzarella cheese sticks when I was encountered by the same problem that what I should make for the afternoon snacks. I found these cheese sticks very resourceful. The best thing about them is that we can freeze them and can have it any time we want. We are not bound to one particular time. The recipe is a piece of a cake and cheese sticks taste heavenly mouthwatering. It can be served with any type of sauce mostly served with ketchup and mayonnaise. MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICKS

Ingredients

  • 100 gram Cheese ·        Mozzarella cheese 100g·        Black pepper 1 pinch·        Salt 1 pinch·        Garlic powder half teaspoon·        Milk 2 table spoons ·        Bread crumb·        Egg 1 piece
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • Half tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  •  Cut the mozzarella cheese into ½ inch thick slices.
  •  Mix black pepper, salt, garlic powder and milk.
  •  Then add egg in it and mix again.
  •   Dip the cheese sticks in the egg mixture first then coat them with the breadcrumbs.
  •  Cover it with the cling film or put it in an air tight container.
  •  Freeze for an hour.
  •  Repeat the same steps: dip in the egg mixture and cover it with the bread crumbs.
  •  Freeze them again for at least an hour before frying.
  •  Fry them on medium heat until they are golden brown.
