Mint Chutney

 We all have this weird relationship with the chutneys… some people can’t ingest food without them. Moreover they have high nutritional value as well. They speed up metabolism, keep your heart strong, reduce inflammation, enhance blood circulation and improve the digestion. It improves our immunity. All the ingredients used in the chutney are super healthy and are rich in micronutrient.

I am also a chutney lover person. I can’t take a bite of my lunch or dinner without chutney. I am crazy about it…. Well the mint chutneys are very famous and the best thing about it is that you can save it for future use. You don’t have to make it again and again. It is timesaving as well as lifesaving!!! Mint Chutney

Ingredients

  • 3 bunches Mint leaves
  • Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp salt and sugar
  • 3,4 Green chillies
  • 3 tbsp olive oi
  • 2 pieces Raw mangoes
  • 2 bunches Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in the blender by adding water in it. 
  • Squeeze lemon in the mixture while blending.
  • Pour the blended mint chutney in the ice cube tray.
  • Freeze them and put them in the freezer bags.
