Milk Cake

The creamy, milky cakes are moist and rich, with a tender, fluffy crumb which are too tasty. Cakes are mostly used as the sign for celebration, whether it’s a birthday party or anniversary or any event to celebrate success or even a marriage ceremony, we always have cake on center of the table. The love for the cake in one’s life is inexplicable. Milk cakes are dense, moist cake topped with a cloud of vanilla whipped cream.  What makes it unusual is that after baked, it is perforated and soaked in the evaporated milk.

 I had an amazing experience while baking this delicious and mouthwatering cake. My love for baking is inevitable and one day I baked this “Milk Cake” for my father’s birthday. Many people from the different cities were there to attend the event and everybody loved it. That day I received many appreciations. Every single person praised me. This amazing recipe made so many people happy. 

 

Milk Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 200 gram sugar
  • 200 gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 400 ml evaporated milk
  • 5 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 300 ml Fresh cream/double cream/whip cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • few frozen mixed berries

Instructions

  • For Preparing Sponge Cake:
  • Take a bowl and put 3 large eggs in it then add sugar in it and make sure to mix it well with beater until it is pale and fluffy.
  • Then in that bowl we add flour and baking powder while sieving it properly
  • Afterwards mix it with the spatula gently so that u don’t break the egg moisture.
  • By completely mixing it, then add vanilla essence and milk and keep mixing.
  • Subsequently add the mixture in the cake of 6inch, make sure to cover the edges with baking paper in order to get a beautiful shape
  •  Finally bake it in the oven on 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.     
  •  Next take it out and remove the baking paper after it cools down.
  • For Preparing Milk:
  • To prepare the milk we take evaporated milk then add evaporated milk in it, surely mix it well and set it aside.
  • To Poke the Cake:
  • Take the cake in a plate and with the help of the stick poke the cake completely.      
  • After that pour the milk on the sponge cake, and put it in fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • For Preparing Whip Cream:
  • To prepare the cream, add the condensed milk in the whipped cream as well as vanilla essence .Afterwards embellish the cake beautifully according to your desire with the help of berries and cream
