Magical Weight Loss Drink

The “Magical Weight Loss Drink” is a tried-and-true recipe. Healthy and best detox drink for your body and skin. In fact, breastfeeding mothers can also drink it.

So when I watched this recipe, I made it and continued drinking this water for 10 days. It worked like a real magic drink as I lose 20 Kgs of weight in just 10 days. Yes, you read it right, 20 Kgs. Magical Weight Loss Drink

The “Magical Weight Loss Drink” is a tried-and-true recipe.Healthy and best detox drink for your body and skin. In fact, breastfeedingmothers can also drink it. 

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Liter Water
  • 2 inch Ginger (thin pieces)
  • 1/2 lemon Lemon juice
  • 10-12 leaves  Mint Leaves (Podina)
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Lemongrass tea
  • 1.5 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dar Cheeni)
  • 1 Tablespoon Fennel Seeds (Sonf)
  • 7-8 pieces Green Cardamom (Elaichi)
  • 1 tablespoon Cloves (Laung)

Instructions

  • Turn on the stove on medium flame. Place a cooking pot and add water into it. Cut the ginger into thin pieces and add to the pot. Add all the remaining ingredients mentioned in the ingredient list except lemon juice.
  • Mix everything using a spoon and let it come to a boil.
  • Once it started boiling, let it boil for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, turn off the flame. Squeeze the lemon juice on the drink and mix it well and let the drink come to room temperature.
  • Once the drink is cool down, pour it into any jug/bottle.
  • You have to drink it all day instead of plain water. Drink one glass in the morning after on an empty stomach, one glass 15-20 minutes before lunch and dinner.

Notes

Here are some notes to help you out with the recipe:
 
  • You can add green tea or jasmine tea instead of lemongrass tea according to your wish or availability.
  • You can use either frozen or fresh mint leaves.
  • For best results, eat healthy food, bring a walk, and do other exercises into your routine.
  • People with high blood pressure or other serious diseases should consult their doctors before consuming it.
