As everyone is going through a Covid-19 Pandemic. So, for my daughter’s birthday, I thought that I will bake a cake at home and surprise her. I got this idea to make a “Red Velvet Cake” by Betty Crocker and decorate it using “Betty Crocker’s rich cream cheese icing”. I was very happy with cake’s soft sponge and moderately sweetened taste, it turned out so good. But when it comes to icing, it was not so good experience as it was so sticky and very sweetened. Although, red velvet cake with this icing, whole combination became balanced and good in taste.

I hope that you will try this and make your lives happier and enjoyable!
