Homemade pasta of 6 types

A big challenge to house wives is making Italian dishes which their kids love a lot and want to eat. As there is a pandemic all around the world. So, we cannot go out often for groceries and even to restaurants. So I thought I should make these dishes at home as it will be reasonable, safe and healthy.One day on a family dinner, I made “White Sauce Pasta” and everyone enjoyed it a lot that they just can’t stop their hands from eating.
I can bet you never knew that using these two common ingredients means you can make fresh pasta at home BY HAND! My 2 Ingredient Homemade Pasta recipe is really  a wonder to have up your sleeve. I promise after giving a try to this recipe you’ll be feeling like a pasta machine!
Today I will share the recipe of “Homemade Pasta of 6 different types”. This is really easy to make and affordable in price as it needs only two ingredients recipe, and will made without a machine. Every time when people think of eating outdoor, “Pasta” is on the top of the list. There are various shapes and types of Pasta but these 6 types are very common and famous.
So let’s make this out.

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg
  • 200g Flour

Instructions

  • For making dough, take the flour in a bowl. Make a small well in the center and crack the eggs within.
  •  Mix the eggs with the floor using hands or spoon.
  • Then knead the dough for 10-15minutes.
  • After that, cover using aluminum foil and leave it for 30 minutes. After that, kindly watch the video for the clear understanding of making shapes as it is difficult to write those steps.

Notes

  • Note that while making the dough, it should be smooth and soft. While rolling the dough, keep it in view that it must not be that much thin that holes will be made. While drying the pasta, there should not be any overlapping of pasta.
