Condensed Milk

 Condensed milk has rich sweet flavor and is used widely in recipes for deserts and confectionaries. It can be beaten with sugar and butter and baked to make candies. You can use it for making many desserts. Condensed milk can boost calorie content and it is more beneficial than using sugar alone since the product also provides extra protein, fat and some bone-healthy minerals like calcium and phosphorus.

Condensed milk is one of the easiest recipes I have ever tried. By making at home I saved money which I would have spent on buying it. I personally use condensed milk in a lot of desserts so in this way it has proven to help me a lot. Adding it in the desserts makes the dessert creamier and yummier. CONDENSED MILK

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar

Instructions

  • ·        Cook the milk and sugar at medium flame for 10 -15 minutes.
  • ·      Then stir the mixture.
  • ·        Make sure that the flame is from low to medium flame.
  • ·        After 25 minutes, stir it again and make sure that it is thick.
  • ·        Remove from the flame and pour it in an air tight jar.

Notes

  • Keep the condensed milk in refrigerator.
  • You can use it within a week
