Beaf Steak

Steaks basically is an English recipe but people all over the world are fond of it. It is preferred in both beef and chicken. Mostly people preferred the grilled steaks but it can be pan fried. Steaks are cooked in the sauce that gives it the creamy, cheesy taste. The boiled or blanched vegetables are sautéed to complement the steak! The soft and tenderizing meat is highly proteinaceous and very healthy.

Well my experience with steaks is very good. I prefer to make steaks whenever I am having a professional event or dinner because steaks are classy!! It gives good impression to the clients and associates. Also when I am having family dinners or parties, I sometimes make it and it is loved by everyone. Though it is considered that steaks are too hard and very difficult to make but now when the easiest recipe at hand we can eradicate this myth. The recipe below is as easy as an apple pie. And in this way you will learn to make steaks in no time.

BEAF STEAK

Ingredients

  • 3 undercut Steaks thin slices
  • 2 tablespoons White vinegar
  • Salt  
  • Pepper       
  • Oil
  • Garlic paste
  • Blanched
  • vegetables
  • Oregano
  • Butter
  • All-purpose flour
  •  Milk
  •  Cheddar cheese
  • Meat tenderizer

Instructions

  • Marination of the steak
     ·        Take 2 tablespoons of vinegar, ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 tablespoon meat tenderizer and 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • ·        Mix all the ingredients and marinate the steak properly.
  • ·        Cover it refrigerate for 5 hours.
  • ·        Cook the steaks on very hot pan ( tawa )for one minute on high flame
  • ·        After 1 minute change the sides. Cook on medium flame for further 3 minutes for it to be cooked properly
  •  Preparation of vegetables
    ·        Add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix the blanched vegetables with 1 pinch black pepper, salt, and oregano.
  • ·        Sauté the vegetables well.
  • For cheese sauce
    ·        Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in 1 tablespoon of flour.
  • ·        Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • ·        Add one cup milk, mix well.
  • ·        Cook on low flame until it started boiling.
  • ·        Add some cheese in it with salt and pepper to taste
  • ·        When the sauce reaches to thick consistency turn of the heat.

Notes

  • You can even grill your meat slices
  • Make sure to take thin slices of meat as they are more tender and soft
